At Baby Phat, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the package is scanned to track your return journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
